Voucher Fee Payment FOR CLIENTS WITH AN APPROVED FURNITURE REFERRAL FROM A PARTICIPATING AGENCY To pay your fees to receive furniture through our Furniture for Families program, please complete the form below and initial it. Then click on the Submit button and you will be redirected to the PayPal payment site. In the PayPal window, enter your credit/debit card information and the amount you are paying. The amount you enter should be $100 for Administrative Fee only and this $100 fee is non-refundable, $180 for the Administrative Fee and Curbside delivery in Cuyahoga County or $205 for the Administrative Fee and Curbside delivery outside Cuyahoga County. If you choose not to use our curbside delivery service but change your mind before your appointment to select furniture, you will have to return to this page and pay the $80 or $105 Delivery Fee prior to your scheduled appointment.
