CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR VOUCHER REDEMPTION

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • The $100 processing fee may be paid three days after your Caseworker submits your voucher.  The fee must be paid prior to scheduling an appointment and is non-refundable.  We accept money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Debit Cards. You may call in a credit/debit card or mail in a money order.  Payments can be made Monday – Friday between 9:00-3:00 over the phone.  We are closed from 12:00-1:00.
  • Virtual appointments by cell phone are scheduled Monday – Friday from 8:30-2:30. If you miss 2 appointments and fail to give a 48-hour notice, a $25 reschedule fee will be assessed before another appointment will be scheduled.

When the administrative fee has been paid, we will schedule your appointment time.  All appointments are virtual using Face Time, Google Duo or WhatsApp, depending on the type of cell phone you have.

WHEN SELECTING YOUR OWN FURNITURE:

  • BE PREPARED AND ON TIME! If you are late when we call you, you will have to reschedule for another day. This counts as a missed appointment!
  • HAVE:  FAMILY ID’s for your appointment. You will need a State of Ohio Photo ID or Driver’s License.  Birth Certificates are required for children receiving beds. If the client is not the custodial parent and/or not listed on the birth certificate, then proof of guardianship will be required. We accept, current, valid “Proof of Eligibility”, from Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.

We will be delivering your furniture:

  • We do not schedule same-day deliveries.
  • Curbside Delivery is $80.  This must be paid prior to the appointment.
  • CFB drivers take items off the truck at the curb. They do not take furniture into your home.  You must have your own help.
  • If you miss your delivery, you will only have 2 days to pay $80 for a second delivery fee.
