Lisa Vidacs joined the Board in 2013.  She served as President of the Board and currently co-chairs the External Affairs Committee.  She also serves on the Governance Committee and oversees the implementation of CFB’s Strategic Plan.  Lisa retired as Sr. Vice President of Fed Communities of the Federal Reserve Bank in Cleveland.
